Your enquiry is saved in our website’s hosted database and is available to our authorised team. Website hosting providers process the information to operate this service. We do not sell enquiry details. This website does not request patient information or health records.

When email notifications are enabled, FormSubmit processes your submitted contact details to deliver the enquiry to connect@waitingroomtv.ca. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. A copy remains saved in our website’s database.

Your choices
