Yes. Your location has final approval and the right to decline unsuitable content. We prepare and schedule your approved messages alongside nature, feel-good entertainment, general health education and community content.

We handle programming, scheduling, remote updates and creative support. Your team shares the information you want displayed and approves your clinic messages. Site power, connectivity and installation access are confirmed during onboarding.

Our medical program centres on your practice, patient education and community communication. We do not sell third-party advertising directly within the medical network. Your location retains the final right of refusal over its content.

The program is designed around a 30-day cancellation notice. Hardware use, warranty, replacements, removal and any optional services follow your written participation agreement. A location that leaves and later rejoins may be offered the then-current terms.
